Is LucentNote free?
LucentNote is free to start. The welcome note is your one free note and includes the complete editor and Prompt experience. Creating a second note requires LucentNote Pro.
Where are my notes stored?
Notes are saved on your device. Secure Notes can add local encryption and device authentication, and LucentNote does not require a separate account.
Does LucentNote sync through iCloud?
LucentNote Pro includes iCloud sync for notes and history across Mac, iPhone and iPad using the same iCloud account. Sync is on by default for eligible Pro users. You can turn it off and keep working locally.
Can LucentNote stay above other apps?
Yes. On Mac, a note can be pinned above other windows with adjustable transparency. On iPhone and iPad, Prompt can use Apple Picture in Picture where the system supports it.
What can I place behind a Prompt note?
Prompt supports a solid color, an interactive website, a PDF, a photo or a live camera view. These sources are opened for the current Prompt session and are not added to your note.
What happens if Pro ends?
No note is deleted or hidden. The most recently edited user note remains editable, and additional notes stay readable and exportable in read-only mode.
